We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mousejeanss@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can properly review your claim.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
